We met with Paul after several delays on my end. I had heard their radio ad on a local station. The original contact was to sell our house so we could move out of the area for medical reasons for my wife. Based on several online reviews of my home, it is valued at over $550,000. His company reports buying houses no questions asked. When Paul looked at our property, he agreed that it was worth over $500,000 but was only willing to offer $400,000. He said he wanted to add a bathroom, do some other modifications to the house to meet his vision of what he wanted. He says he could offer to sell the property for our price, but after deducting his fees, costs, etc, it would have net us just over $450,000. The difference of only $50,000! He could have just offered this to us, to begin with; we would have moved, he would have still made over $100,000, and life would be good. I can only rate him average, 3 stars, and this is for him taking the time to meet with us and explain his program. He was nice and professional, but it seemed more of a land grab or push to sell the property using his services.
